Pretty cool when 20 plus people show up for interval night, and its the end of the season. And that doesn't include the youth K1 program that has even higher numbers of promising young paddlers.

Bellingham is pretty incredible place to be a paddler; A wide selection of beautiful locations to put-in with easy access (both fresh and saltwater) and a steady dose of windy days, some of which are even sunny. Community wise, there is a huge number of stoked paddlers coming from all ends of the spectrum (weekend warriors, downwind addicts to committed racers) in all types of water craft (surfski, k1, outrigger, sup and kites).

It just doesn't get any better, and I am thankful that I get to live here.
